I've compiled a list of 10 careers you might consider going into after you leave teaching. I have used my own experience as someone who has left teaching for another career successfully, and have based the information I give you below on the research I did when deciding what to go for.
Each post will give you an overview of the job, along with some typical tasks, and I also tell you how experience in teaching will help you in your new position. I've also given up to date information on current issues with each career and some well researched links to give you more information.
It would be super helpful if you could comment and give more information, links, and your own experiences to these posts.

Sorry if it seems negative to point it out but just about all of these pay significantly less than you would earn in teaching. Technician and teaching assistants earn about 50% of an average teacher wage in some schools.
Yeah you're absolutely right. I earn a lot less than I did as a teacher now, and the improvement in my lifestyle and mental health was absolutely worth the money.
I don't think teachers get paid enough for the mount of work that they do, so although the pay is OK, considering the workload it's quite low.
