The Edudicator: Details revealed of senior managers increased power to sack teachers

I blogged a while ago about the plans to give senior managers in schools more power to sack teachers who they don't like, sorry, I mean, who are under performing.

The details have been released yesterday. I don't even know where to begin in writing about this, and the sheer volume of articles and forum posts that have been made make it more appropriate for me to simply point you in the direction of all the noise.
