...so I'll keep this short.
The rioters are all kids. The same kids that teachers are powerless to bring into line, who are immune from expulsion to keep figures down and who's opinion is treated as gospel by senior school managers. There is a behaviour crisis, and it's spilling out into the streets.

but I was just shocked to see that it was mostly school age kids doing the damage. I wasn't expecting that.
